My Research Project in Flint
The Flint Community Engagement Project is a mixed methods research project focused on the Flint Water Crisis. Initiated in the summer of 2017 as the foundation of my doctoral dissertation, my work in the Flint Community Engagement Project aims to investigate how industrial structures operate through social and economic policy to influence population health and political efficacy. The project consists of in-depth interviews and surveys with Flint residents and professional stakeholders in the Flint metropolitan region.
